Whether you like yoga or find it too challenging, everyone can use greater flexibility...Motion is Lotion, so try this simple exercise with Lilian to begin the journey of working in a new way. 

 

Somatic Stretch® works first to increase flexibility by working with more attention to the natural stretch reflex of the body. You'll learn more about that soon in brief emails we will send you in coming weeks.

For now, just dip your toe in, and try this exercise as often as you can - once a day is best - to notice the differences you will feel so quickly and easily. 

Just remember, less is more! Explore the sensations and throw out the goal - your body will change!
